Jock Lindsay’s Hangar Bar is always a fun stop in Disney Springs, but once the holidays roll in it becomes something even better. Each year the space transforms into Jock Lindsay’s Holiday Bar, a festive hideaway filled with twinkling lights, oversized ornaments, garlands tucked into every corner, and the kind of quirky Adventurer’s Club style details that make you feel like you just wandered into Jock’s personal Christmas workshop. It is cozy, nostalgic, and a little chaotic in the best way. The transformation alone is worth a visit, but the 2025 seasonal menu truly seals the deal.
We stopped in to try a few of the returning favorites and a couple of new treats. The moment you walk inside, you can smell gingerbread and warm spices. The bar is merrier than ever and every table seems to have a different holiday drink glowing with whipped cream, sprinkles, or cinnamon sugar.

Our tasting lineup started with the Hot Cocoa Flight. This trio is adorable to look at and perfect for sharing. Each mini glass comes with its own flavor twist. One has rich milk chocolate, one is spiked with peppermint for a cooling finish, and the last is a white chocolate version that tastes like a melted snow day. They are sweet, warm, and exactly what you want in hand while holiday shopping around Disney Springs.

Next up was the Gingerbread Martini. This ended up being the sleeper hit for us. It has a creamy texture with just the right amount of gingerbread spice and a hint of molasses. The rim is coated in cookie crumbs and it makes the whole drink taste like dessert in a glass. If you like sweet cocktails, this is a must. Even if you lean toward lighter drinks, it is one of those holiday only creations that deserves at least one sip.
For food, we started with the Turkey Egg Rolls. They are packed with holiday flavor and taste like someone stuffed an entire Thanksgiving dinner into a crispy shell. They are served with a bright cranberry dipping sauce that cuts through the richness. They make a great shareable item and are especially fun if you want festive flavors without committing to a full holiday platter somewhere else on property.

Our favorite dish of the night ended up being the Holiday Mine Car Meatballs. These come in a holiday spiced sauce that leans slightly sweet, slightly savory, and totally comforting. The presentation is fun and themed, and the portion is perfect for snacking while enjoying a few drinks. If you are only ordering one savory item, make it this one.

Overall, Jock Lindsay’s Holiday Bar continues to deliver one of the most joyful seasonal dining experiences at Disney Springs. The atmosphere is whimsical and warm, and the limited time menu brings enough holiday flavor to make the visit feel special. If you are planning a Disney trip during the festive season, this spot deserves a place on your list for a drink, a snack, and a chance to soak in the over the top holiday charm.
